Getting Right

Romans 1:17
For in the Gospel a righteousness that God ascribes is revealed, both springing from faith and leading to faith [disclosed through the way of faith that arouses more faith]. As it is written, The man who through faith is just and upright shall live and shall llive by faith.

God's way of putting people right shows up in the acts of faith, confirming what Scripture has said all along: "The person in right standing before God by trusting him really lives." Ignoring God Leads to a Downward Spiral (The Message)

Getting right with God is up to God. He ascribes righteousness. He puts you right, makes you upright. He pulls you out the gutter and takes you to glory.
Righteousness - God, He say, I am alright!
No boasting about what I did, maybe just some reflecting of where I could have been on the Downward Spiral had He not intervened.
